1. Acknowledgment of Terms
By using Laundaboo’s services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order or subscription.

2. Service Overview
Laundaboo provides professional laundry services using commercial-grade equipment to ensure efficiency and quality. Our processes are designed to meet high standards while being gentle on your garments.

3. Care and Handling of Items
We handle your items with care, but please note the following:

• Laundaboo accepts no responsibility for damage caused by the inherent nature of fabrics, including shrinkage, color bleeding,
  or wear and tear.

• Stains will be treated using standard techniques, but we cannot guarantee complete removal.

• Customers must check their pockets and garments for items such as tissues, coins, or keys. Laundaboo is not liable for damage caused by foreign objects left in clothing.
   

4. Inspection and Notification

• Customers must inspect garments for pre-existing damages before handing them over.

• Any special care instructions or concerns must be communicated in writing at the time of the order.

5. Loss or Damage Policy
While we strive to return your items in perfect condition, Laundaboo does not accept liability for:

• Missing garments unless reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Damage caused by hardware, delicate materials, or unusual embellishments.

• Loss of items left in safe drop-off or pick-up locations, or when handled by third parties.

6. Pickup and Delivery

• Pickups and deliveries are scheduled to be convenient for you, but exact times cannot be guaranteed.

• A missed pickup or delivery may result in a fee of $20 (non-rural) or $30 (rural).

• If items are unclaimed for 60 days after the scheduled return, they will be deemed abandoned, and Laundaboo may dispose of them at its discretion.

7. Payments and Billing

• Payment must be made via credit or debit card. Alternative payment methods may incur an additional administration fee.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly, and payments are non-refundable once processed.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations made after this period will incur a $15 administration fee.

9. Subscription Services

• Subscribing to our plans grants you access to recurring services. Subscription details, including pricing and inclusions, are outlined in your plan agreement.

• Subscriptions may be canceled or modified with one billing cycle's notice.

10. Force Majeure

Laundaboo is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, equipment failures, or strikes.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled in compliance with Laundaboo’s Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and will only use your data for service purposes or as required by law.

12. Liability Exclusions

• Laundaboo is not liable for consequential losses, including loss of business or opportunities.

• Items requiring special care, if not disclosed, will be treated as standard items, and Laundaboo cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from standard processing.

13. Special Instructions
Customers must inform us of garments requiring specific care. Failure to do so may result in the items being processed using standard methods, and Laundaboo will not accept liability for resulting damage.

14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. Written notice outlining the dispute must be provided to initiate this process.

15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law and are subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

16. Changes to Terms

Laundaboo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest version on our website.​​​​
